WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
We have sessions at 6am, 6.45am,7.30am, 8am, 9.15am, 10am, 12.15pm, 4.00pm, 4.45pm, 5.30pm, 6.15pm and 7pm, 8pm, every weekday plus Saturday mornings at 8am, 8.45am, 9.30am, 10.15am,11am and 11.45am – you can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.

HOW MUCH IS IT?
The challenge is £149 – this includes 16 group training sessions, a personal accountability coach, a proven fat loss program, nutrition support, weekly check ins, supportive community, access to our private gym and guaranteed results.

We have intro session's available on Monday evening's but they fill up fast so don’t hang around if you want to get started.

DO I HAVE TO DO AN INTRO SESSION?
Yes. Every new member has to complete an intro session so we can complete your body scan, assign you to a coach and show you how everything works.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?
Nope. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get leaner, fitter and stronger over the course of the 4 weeks.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PROGRAM?
It’s completely your choice. You can become a full member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
